Website Purchases

​At PakPosh, you have the right to return or exchange any product within 5 working days should you not like or just change your mind. If you happen to retrun, we wouldn't even charge you the initial shipment. In other words, we are so confident that you would like your dress. Please note the following for return and/or exchange.

 

1. All returns are issued with coupons of the original purchase price.

2. Pakposh ONLY pays for return postage if item is defected or  not as per description. This doesn't cover change of mind described next.

3. Buyer pays the return postage for return or exchange e.g change of mind.

4. If exchanged item is priced less then $50, buyer pays the postage charges.

In addition to above, following must be true for any return or exchange:

1. Item hasn't been damaged and used in any way.

2. The Original tag hasn't been removed or damaged.

3. You inform us of your intention to return or exchange an item/s within 48 hours once received.

4. Before item is sent back to us, we might ask for photos of the item with the original tag.

5. Once we receive the returned or exchangeable item and verify that it meets all of the above points, we will make arrangement for return or exchange as required.

Following applies to any items purchased or ordered through our Facebook page:

1. All items advertised for order are 100% original with full money back guarantee if not.

2. If an ordered items is defected or not as per measurement , full refund is offered.

3. Ordered items are exchangeable with stocked item only

4. All orders are payable in full upon order.

5. We send you an email order confirmation upon successful order.

6. Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 weeks.

7. We don't accept any responsibility for delay caused by conditions / circumstances beyond our control e.g overseas supplier not delivering items with the time they specify.
