Per-Loved Policy

At Pakposh, we’re excited to help our community give their beautiful Pakistani outfits a second life. Our Pre-Loved program allows customers to list and sell their gently used or new Pakistani fashion items through our platform.

1. How It Works

  • Sellers submit their item details using the Pre-Loved Form on our website.
  • Once reviewed and approved, the item will be listed for sale on PakPosh.com.au.
  • When your item sells, Pakposh manages the shipping and payment process for you.

2. Commission & Fees

  • Pakposh charges a 20% commission on the final selling price.
  • Shipping costs apply only if Pakposh provides the shipping label and pickup service.
  • During our promotional period, sellers may list unlimited items, and the commission rate is subject to change in the future.

3. Shipping Options

Sellers can choose one of the following:

  • Option 1: Ship the parcel directly via Australia Post. (No shipping fee from Pakposh applies.)
  • Option 2: Request a Pakposh shipping label. We’ll email you the label to place on your parcel, and our courier (Sendle) will collect it. A shipping fee will be charged for this option.

4. Item Authenticity & Condition

  • Only original and authentic items are accepted — no counterfeit or replica products.
  • Items should be in good, wearable condition.
  • If an item has any damage, stains, or alterations, sellers must clearly describe the issue and upload images showing the damage.

5. Returns & Acceptance

  • Buyers have the right to inspect and accept the item upon delivery.
  • If a buyer accepts the item, the sale is final and no further claims will be accepted.
  • If a buyer rejects the item due to undisclosed damage or counterfeit concerns, Pakposh reserves the right to investigate and withhold payment to the seller.

6. Seller Payments

  • Sellers are paid within 5 business days after the buyer has accepted the item.
  • Payments are made to the seller’s nominated bank account or payment method provided in the Pre-Loved form.

7. Policy Updates

This Pre-Loved Policy may be updated or modified at any time, including changes to commission, shipping fees, or listing limits. The most current version will always be available on our website.
